Delete your Residency Tracker account

How to permanently delete your account and associated data.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Residency Tracker.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and all data stored in our cloud, and clears the data held on your device.

By email (if you can't open the app)

Email iam@sosorry.co.uk from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify your request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  1. Your account (email and authentication record).
  2. Your trips and profile data stored in our cloud database.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple/Google — cancel those separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription.

What we keep

We do not retain your personal data after deletion, other than what we are legally required to keep. Any residual backups are purged within 30 days.
